Oil bar on canvas, stitched onto colored canvas, mounted on poplar dowels. From a series of triptychs, this painting 49" x 71". Abstract from series of "line drawings", of which I've said, "The abstract paintings are derivative of early years of doodles in the margins of my class notebooks, when the forms that evolved offered pathways to step back from rational thought to give credence to the unnamed undercurrents of life that flowed beneath the surface of conscious and intentional focus."
