About The Artist

My love for nature was born from my mother’s garden and reclaim in the Free State landscapes. Where I completed my BA Fine art degree. Transplanted in the Western Cape, captured by breathtaking mountains. Today I focus on the finer wildlife all around mankind. I personally see the plant form as a metaphor for the human willingness to adapt. Plants vividly strive towards growing and progress. Ongoing human awareness takes place by formalisation of the plant as a subject matter in my work.
