This hand built abstract ceramic sculpture is based on the idea that we all have a safe and/or sacred place inside of us, whether real or imagined, that provides our heart and psyche the safety of a fort or outpost. Fired four times to produce deep cobalt blue, light iridescent turquoise, iridescent black, white crackle and 18k fired gold.
