Acrylic Pop art

The series "Blossom - Salute to Andy" consists of almost 40 works. Inspired by Andy Warhol's "Flowers", I have rearranged colors, shapes, blocks, lines, and structures to create works in different sizes such as 36 grid, 9 grid, and 4 grid. These works have produced a unique formal language and style of oil painting through which one can sense different contexts, paths, and pleasures. The works in the 9-grid offer the viewer a different pleasure through the strict composition and the alternation of colors. This work creates a strong visual impact with its bright blocks of color and lines. With cobalt blue and basic blue as the background, basic red, purple, and orange as the main tones, and the addition of orange-yellow, earthy yellow, bright purple rose red, and basic yellow as embellishments, the irregular combination between them makes the whole work full of vitality and dynamism.
