This painting of mine named ONE LATE AUGUST DAY is for saying good-bye to the summer. Muted colors fit well in the theme I chose. No more dazzling summer mornings. No more “do-nothings” under the burning noon sun rays. No more beach walks at bright evenings. No more colorful sunsets… Just this silence that has left after the birds are gone. Everything is suddenly so quiet, so peaceful. I adore this moment of tranquility after the summer madness.
