The current series focusses on absence. The image suggests a return to the past. an exploration of what is missed, what may have been missed. As always mystery is at the core. Rather than expressing what might be described as unique, this is an exploration of what is shared. What are the images that we, as humans, find meaningful? What do we describe as personal? Each painting is a conversation to which we all all can contribute, for which we all have stories.
