Pastel on Canson mi-teintes paper 9”w x 18”h, 2015 I hiked with a friend up to Etiwanda Falls in the North Etiwanda Preserve near Rancho Cucamonga California to see the falls and was disappointed when I realized the trail led to the top of the falls and there was not a trail to the base. But then as I stood there I heard a sound and turned around to behold the scene I created here.
