Last few years I challenged my self into looking for a new way of painting. I made a decision to walk out of the comfort zone where human figure and it’s presence was the anchor point of building the image. I’ve been rethinking my artistic process and was searching for a new way of expression. As a result I created this painting. It is no more organic and fluid. During the process of making this work I made huge number of sketches. These new visions, ideas and sketches are to be implemented in my new upcoming series of paintings. That is why I consider this painting to be the mothership, the source of the images I am going to create in the next years for many paintings to come. At this moment I still don’t know if these two separated directions will interact and fuse in the near future. However, the goal of having particular visual experience, mix of sensory stimulus and arouse of different emotions and uncertainty of it’s meanings, stays the same.
