Are You Lonely?

Portraiture based on the character Amity Blight from Disney’s The Owl House. I was influenced by the feeling of heartbreak and rejection, When I feel sad and alone I often associate it with feeling like I’m surrounded by darkness, clouding my mind, and spinning around me- that was what inspired the concept of this piece. I think I could improve on the facial expression of the character- I think I could have worked harder to make her look more distressed and in pain rather than just slapping on some tears.
