As has been his custom for some time, a familiar nostalgia brings him to this often deserted square as he finishes his first round. With his large shopping bag and the bucket of flowers beside him, he lies there, seemingly oblivious to his surroundings. And today, seeing him in his usual posture, I wonder: what is important is... the laughing seagull, the telephone and its possible messages, the mist that blurs the border between sky and water, or only the rose?
