About The Artist

California based artist Cynthia Rogers, engenders found objects with imaginative identities. In her awarded, poetic mixed media constructions, the viewer is invited to explore and discover meaningful relationships to contemporary themes. She is inspired by geo-social-political events, creating award winning mixed media art, exhibiting in notable Los Angeles and national galleries and museums and international juried shows. Cynthia received her Masters’ degree in Art in 2005, Summa Cum Laude.
