About The Artist
Macro-Expressionism is Exposing the Unseen and to me the most exciting form of photography.
At age 8, I was given a Brownie camera for my birthday, this awesome gift started my journey into photography, which I still enjoy today in retirement.
It’s interesting looking back at some images, and observing how I as always getting as close to subject as I could to capture the moment and I haven't changed a bit.
After many years in graphic/web design/photography, I retired and started painting using oils, which I love the blending of colors and working with palette knife, but the odor started bothering me.
Tried acrylic's, dried to fast and couldn’t blend; watercolor ok, now I’m working in Gouache, which I really enjoy the colors, and fact you can reactivate it… it’s very similar to watercolors.
After all of these try's, photography is my favorite and I feel my best work.
