About The Artist

 

Simon Xian Wen Zeng studied calligraphy, oriental painting and seal engraved in China for many years. He received many prestigious awards along the way before he moved to America.

   Zeng came to the U.S. in the mid-1990s and began studying modern, west art in  the Art Students League of New York for 3 years. He   opened his art studio in Flushing NY.

His works describe the beauty of human beings and truth which are shown by both traditional and modern styles.

Whether he is creating in eastern or western traditions, Zeng hopes his work leaves the viewer with a “sense of joy and happiness, provoking deep contemplation and reflection.”
